| SpCrossreactivity | This kit is specific to IgM and does not show any significant reactivity to monkey IgG, IgA, IgE, or other serum proteins. Monkey IgM ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum (IgM) at dilutions of 1:100: Human serum (47%). Hamster, Guinea Pig, Bovine, FBS, Goat, Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Mouse, Rat, and Chicken serum IgM had less than 1% crossreactivity. The antibodies used in this test kit are against Rhesus monkey serum IgM. However, the antibodies are expected to cross react with IgM from most other related species (cynomolgus etc) of monkeys, though we have not tested against these other species. |
