SpCrossreactivity
The specificity of IGFBP-1 ELISA kit was determined by measuring interference from high concentrations of human placental Lactogen, HCG, human prolactin, and human AFP. These hormones had a minimal interference in the BP-1 assay (0.01% or less). No measurable interference was detected from IGBP-2-5 (5000-10000 ug/L). Human IGFBP-1 ELISA kit species crossreactivity with IGFBP-1 from other species (mouse, rat, and monkey) has not been established.
