SpCrossreactivity
The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgG and does not show any significant reactivity to rabbit IgA, IgM, or IgE or other serum proteins. The antibodies used in this kit are not specific for any IgG subtype (IgG1, IgG2, etc.). It will detect total IgGs (heavy chain specific). Rabbit IgG ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum (IgG) at dilutions of 1:5k: Mouse, Hamster, Goat, Guinea Pig, Rat, Human, Monkey, and Chicken serum IgG had no significant crossreactivity.
